  • We train 2-3 times a week, including a morning track session, a long run, and a community run. Attending all sessions is not required but, strongly encouraged.

  • Yes! Gold Finger Track Club offers personalized coaching through our Private Coaching program. Whether you're training for a race, looking to improve your speed, or need a customized plan, our coaching provides tailored guidance to help you reach your goals.
